Course Information

This is a course delivered through blended learning. There are virtual classroom sessions on Zoom on Wednesday 14th January 2026 (6 - 8.30pm), Wednesday 28th January (6 - 8pm) and Wednesday 11th February (6-8.30pm), followed by in-person sessions on Saturday 21st March from 9.30am - 4.30pm and an assessment date on Saturday 23rd May, 9.30am - 2.30pm in Perth. You MUST be able to attend all dates in order to complete the qualification and all coursework must be completed independently by 30th June 2026 in order to obtain the qualification.

You must also hold, or be able to achieve a Child Wellbeing and Protection in Sport (or equivalent) qualification by the end of the course dates in order to receive your certificate.

*If you have a physical, vision, hearing or learning disability, are a female coach, are care experienced, are not in education, employment or training, or live/coach in a rural area or within a postcode in the first quintile of the Social Index of Multiple Deprivation, a subsidy may be available to waive 80% of the course fee (reducing this to £60).
