Notes for competitors and coaches:

• Males/females may participate in the same race depending on numbers, however, will be judged separately for results.  There will be provision for separate school year groups in each race depending on entry.
• Teams should sign-in via their designated Team Manager who should make themselves known at the Event Desk where they will receive a pack for their team with race numbers and safety pins.
• Athletes travelling by themselves should sign-in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race.
• Medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female athlete in each school year of Primary, S1, S2, S3 and male and female in S4/5/6 and Adults, depending on numbers.
• Changing and toilet facilities will be available on site.
• The course is suitable for cross-country shoes or short spikes.
• Entries can be taken as an individual or as a school.
