Perth & Kinross Disability Sport, in partnership with Perth Strathtay Harriers and PHysical are delighted to invite entries to our annual 2026 Fair City Games Perth & Kinross Disability Sport Para-Cross Country Event.
The Perth & Kinross Disability Sport Fair City Games include a series of Sports events for people with disabilities to get involved in throughout the year - these include Athletics, Archery, Badminton, Boccia, Lawn Bowls, Curling, Table Tennis, SOMA and Swimming.
As always, there is No Cost to Participate.
This event is aimed at people of all ages with a Physical or Learning Disability, Vision Impairment, Hearing Loss or additional support needs to enjoy this fun running event.
Registration opens at 11.30am with the first race starting at 12pm – please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your race. Entry to the track is via the car park next to the North Inch Community Campus. The postcode above takes you to the car park and you will see event Marshalls at the entrance gate to guide you in.
This is an outdoor event, please wear clothing appropriate for the weather. The course is suitable for cross-country shoes, short spikes or trainers. Please bring a drink and wee snack too.
Medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female athlete in each age group. Male/female athletes may participate in the same race depending on numbers, however, will be judged separately for results.
There will be participation keepsake for all taking part and there will be three categories of age grouping.
- 12pm - Primary school age – approx. 1.5km
- Secondary school age – approx. 2.5km
- Adult – approx. 2.5km
This event is also an opportunity to qualify for the Scottish Disability Sport National Cross Country Championships taking place on 12 March 2026 at St James Playing Fields in Renfrew.
